| 1.Apply
& Contact Firstly, please fill in the Franchising Application Form (see Appendix) and then submit with your initiative proposal. After studying your related information, our Marketing Department will make contact and have further discussion with you about your profile and financial background, in order to have an evaluation on your application. |

| 2.First
Interview After the above evaluation, we would invite (occasionally) the potential applicants to visit our Hong Kong Head Office to have a further discussion, in order to see the opportunity on business starting. |

| 3.Issuing
the Letter of Consent Then, based on the agreed area, terms and conditions, you can start searching for a suitable shop location or according to our assignation. Meanwhile, you have to pay the Deposit to Head Office. If both sides fail to compromise on the shop location within six months, the Deposit will be refunded without interest. |

| 4.Shop
Location Confirmed Selected shop locations will undergo approval by Hong Kong Head Office and then confirmed. Or it can be assigned and confirmed directly by our Hong Kong Head Office. |

| 5.Sign
the Contract of Franchising Applicants have to pay the Commitment Fee once the shop location is approved,as a confirmation on the Contract of Franchising. Applicants also need to pay simultaneously for the amount on the first purchase of " COOLMAX" merchandises. |

| 6.Prepare
for Shop Opening Normally, it takes 2 to 4 weeks for shop decoration, displaying and installation for those equipments and software, which are specified by our HK Head Office for daily operation management. |

| 7.Requirements for being a Franchisee Enthusiastic, co-operative, also possesses good communication skill, independent, well-organized, especially suitable for those who want to start their own business. |
